JOB OVERVIEW
The Branch Lead is responsible for managing a team of Experience Officers at one of our locations. The primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, efficient operations, and a positive client experience. You will lead and motivate the team, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative and productive environment.
JOB DETAILS
- Lead and manage a team of experience officers, providing guidance, support, and coaching. Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and ensure the team is motivated and engaged.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to clients. Coach and train the team on customer service best practices, handle escalated issues and unexpected situations, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the location. Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, amenities, and services. Coordinate with relevant departments to address maintenance and technical issues promptly.
- Achieve sales targets by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Identify opportunities to upsell services, conduct tours for potential members, and participate in networking events to promote the coworking space.
- Provide regular reports on branch performance, member feedback, and operational updates to Area Manager.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience
