Job Description
- CG Group is a leading company in import, export, and international shipping, connecting Egyptian businesses with trusted suppliers in China and worldwide.
- We’re hiring a female Account Manager to join our growing team in Cairo.
- If you’re passionate about client relations, coordination, and international trade — this role is for you!
- You’ll be the main link between our Egyptian clients and our sourcing & operations teams in China, ensuring every order runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their product requirements from China.
- Gather all data needed by the sourcing team to start supplier research.
- Coordinate between clients, sourcing, and logistics teams in China.
- Follow up on orders, samples, and shipping details.
- Support clients throughout the import process and ensure full satisfaction.
- Assist in sales and negotiation when needed to close deals.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or trading.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (Chinese language is a plus).
- Knowledge of import procedures and shipping terms is a strong advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients at once.
