Job Description
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel.
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
- Build and maintain organization charts with rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees' performance in an accurate manner
- Identify and assess future and current training needs.
- Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation in order to design new courses or modify existing ones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in or related fields.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Good user of Visio 2013.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Experience in OD, Training and Employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
