Job Description
- Create purchase orders and send them to chosen vendors.
- Supervision orders and determine if product quantity is sufficient with Requirement.
- Follow up with warehouse department to receive and Close all open Pos
- Making quotation study for each purchase Request in order to choose the best offer and best quality
- Review and update Approved Vendor List and approved source list
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, and updated price lists every two months .
- Interact with suppliers daily to develop and nurture beneficial relationships.
- Capability for API sourcing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any relevant field .
- Pharmaceutical Experience is a must from 3-5 years at the same position .
- Work on ERP System ( SAP is highly recommended ) .
- 6 October residents are preferably.
