Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying new and innovative use cases for products and solutions.
- Technical writing of findings and recommendations to be presented to client committees.
- Preparation and delivery of the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing and presentation.
- Understanding clients' business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
- Acting as an engineering resource by providing product education, technical assistance, and after-sales support to clients.
- Complete documentation on implementations; SOP's, upgrades, or changes to the network infrastructure using clear Visio drawings, clear and descriptive documentation, spreadsheets, and other formats as agreed upon with management.
- Monitoring and maintaining security systems to agreed SLA’s.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Network and Security administration L2/3 switches.
- Excellent knowledge IPS, web/App filters and wireless solutions.
- Experience with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet....ETC).
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM ...ETC).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication / Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong routing and switching knowledge and hands-on are a must.
- Any professional certificate is an added value.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem solving Skills.
- Very Good communication skills.
