Path Solutions is looking to hire a Techno Functional Business Analyst in Maadi , Egypt.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, validate, define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements by working closely with different stakeholders, ranging from customers and market experts to software engineers, QA personnel, and customer support specialists
- Examine problems, assess alternative solutions and continuously reconcile requirements with evolving business environment and emerging technical limitations
- Produce and maintain conceptual models (business, functional and/or data) and provide product expert knowledge during all phases of product delivery
- Contribute to product backlog management in collaboration with the product manager
- Keep abreast of both business market and technology trends in own area of expertise and apply this knowledge to bring fit-for-purpose solutions to customers
- Source information across the product, technology and platform, operations, support and business development functions to capture documentation requirements for customers
Job Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Banking or Banking Software Product Management
- An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a correspondent bank, with deep understanding of cross-border and domestic payment operations, SWIFT interfaces and messaging services, and SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 standards
- Strong technical business analysis background
- Experience in technology development and integration is required

- Ability to conduct demos, presentations and trainings
- Ability to identify business/system needs and recommend solutions to satisfy financial sector’s needs

- Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows
- Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions
- Ability to deliver and meet deadlines while interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills (good listener, ability to communicate with business and technical people) and initiative, excellent communication skills, critical thinking
- Technically savvy in MS office tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command of English.
