Job Overview:
We are looking for a support team member who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will help guiding a potential patient through our process to get them high quality healthcare. He/She will need good judgment and a self-starter attitude. Following the Coral Provider Identification Framework, to help patients find a doctor/healthcare provider who might be able to meet their needs. Example: “A patient needs a knee replacement” you can search our product for “knee replacement” and provide them with options. Then if they’d like to proceed, you can help them get started and complete their healthcare journey, and make sure payment is completed.
Main Duties:
- Look for providers on Coral, Create chat threads with providers.
- Make sure patients follow the right steps, and get seen by the doctor.
- Make sure the doctor is paid for their services to the patient.
- Making sure every payment request from healthcare providers is taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- You will be in charge of the cases you manage, end to end. This includes some communication with a healthcare provider in the United States, to inform them of the next step or process.
- Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Job Requirements
- BSc in relevant field
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices is big plus
- Willingness to become familiar with the products and services of the company
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
