Job Description

  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Process orders, modifications and escalate complaints where necessary to the correct channel
  • Processing order forms and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Close out or open call records
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • This position is responsible for service the company's customers and services, mainly to focus is to help Quanta’s customers succeed while achieving the sales target and profit goals established by the company.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
