Job Description

People Partners are in touch throughout the entire employee lifecycle, across every department and level. They support our team through scale, creating an environment where San3a Tech of all backgrounds can thrive, aligning our organizational strategy with our people strategy, and using data to develop best practices from 1st principles. They're responsible for a lot of critical stuff, starting from onboarding to leading teams, talent development to performance reviews, and enhancing the team experience.

  • Employee relations.
  • Performance management (incl. levels, titles, compensation, career paths, development plans).
  • Hiring process.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage health and life insurance programs.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Track department budgets.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational design and planning.
  • Develop employee benefits and development programs to ensure the work environment is safe and healthy.
  • Develop employees' interpersonal skills through developing engaging activities.
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs and ensure we are building a healthy organization that is ready to grow with the business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
