Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Age: 24-30
  • Experience: At Least 1 up to 2 years
  • Fluent command of English Language
  • Must be a resident of haram
  • Female only
  • Excellent user (Microsoft office, outlook & fax)
