Job Description
- Monthly Analysis of CSI result and to be communicated with all departments.
- Quarterly analysis of mystery shopping results and to be communicated with all departments.
- Monitor the performance of call center for our-bound calls (CS survey) to ensure the quality of conducted calls.
- Monitor the performance of mystery shopping provider to ensure the quality of mystery visits.
- Corporate with sales & aftersales functions to develop CS & MS enhancement plans.
- Introduce the simplified operation standards to sales & aftersales departments.
- Monitor the progress of the implementation for the simplified operational standards in owned branches & dealer network (Field visits)
- Assessment for simplified operational standards twice per year for owned branches & dealer network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 to 6 Years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language.
- Cairo residence are prefer to apply.
