Job Description

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  •  Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
  •  Resolving client issues and complaints. Developing a complete understanding of the account needs. Anticipating accounts changes and improvements, Managing communications between clients and internal teams Strategic planning to improve client results.
  •  Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Work to maximize profit/Revenue by up-selling or cross-selling Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients Planning and presenting reports on account progress, Providing product training for new and existing clients according to their needs.
  •  Work with different strategies and solutions to get the former and inactive customers back ( Require Sales Skills)

Job Requirements

  • Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Strong Negotiation, Sales and Handling Skills with the ability to follow-through on client contracts Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
