Job Description

  • Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manages Sales Team.
  • Minimize Client concessions by protectively communicating with the client regarding satisfaction issues
  • Thoroughly understand Client hiring requirements.
  • Reviews Client Agreements and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Responsible for qualifying job orders with the client, internal job postings, resume submittal, interview scheduling, interview preparations, and debriefing and salary and rate negotiation with clients and candidates.
  • Promotes coverage for contract & full-time positions.
  • Monitors your Client’s A/R and involve yourself in the collection process for amounts falling within the 61-90 day category.
  • Maintains contact with Consultants to ensure project satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly document Client and/or Candidate database after the contract is made.
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with Recruiters and other company employees.
  • Develops and grows client database by marketing TIG services for contract and fulltime positions.
  • Makes phone calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, to promote TIG services to prospective clients and build on existing client relationships.
  • Makes effective use of all marketing capabilities to solidify TIG presence in the Houston marketplace.
  • Attends client networking events to promote The InSource Group.
  • Follows-up on leads generated by Recruiters and/or Consultants.
  • Participates in the RFP process to ensure the prospect company receives a high-quality, well-written response.
  • Participates in monthly training providing input and feedback on training topics.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent Sales Skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Experience 1 to 3 Years on same title .
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the same field in corporate.
  • Telecommunication Industry is a Preferred
