Job Description

 

  • Follow up with the vendors & clients to send and collect the payment.
  • Provide appropriate accounting information to customers & vendors when needed
  • Buying CKD and raw materials from Foreign suppliers
  • Buying New machinery and production lines.
  • Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Punctual and organized.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Graduate of Ein Shams or Cairo University only
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language School.
  • Strong communication skills.
