Job Description

  • Oversee the technical and operational, mechanical, electrical, financial and administrative affairs of the project.
  • Programs and contracts for subcontractors and suppliers to implement Bmujtha decade.
  • Design, review boards and match them to ensure their safety and puts quality follow-up system.
  • Follow up reports on the work of subcontractors and suppliers to the project and ensure compliance with the specifications and received.
  • Participate in the development of the general plan for implementation of the project and sets time slots allocated to them and put detailed plans and executive stages and tracks updated in accordance with the requirements of the job (and make sure the necessary permits) and licenses are met.
  • Continue to open an account in the bank in conjunction with the joint financial management and the financial manager of the project and request the necessary facilities.
  • Participate in the development of needs assessments of labor, materials and equipment.
  • Continue the executive contracted in line with the prescribed time programs.
  • Work to find solutions to any problems occur work and to overcome any obstacles from the client and the consultant.
  • Continue to prepare and return ticket periodic and final extracts and follows the collection of receivables from the client in a timely manner and to ensure the company's contractual right.
  • Offer direct boss of periodic reports on the progress of work and size carried out and the remaining work and dates of the delivery business.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Report monthly to the Director of project management to clarify the achievements and the postponed with justifications.
  • Participate in the development of safety and health professionals for the project plans and pursues its execution.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Good knowledge of engineering programs.
  • Good skills in producing written technical reports and recommendations in English.
