Job Description
- Lead Mechanical repair tasks done by Mechanical technicians.
- Report Mechanical break downs by issuing a repair request.
- Distribute Mechanical preventive maintenance tasks on Mechanical technicians.
- Perform new Hydraulic and Pneumatic projects installation.
- Lead the shift Mechanical team by distributing the Mechanical tasks on Mechanical shift technicians, coordinate; between the production and technical shift leaders on one side and the maintenance department on the other.
- Lead the execution of Routine checks on all Mechanical equipment on DIP, PM2, PM3 and PM4 to identify problems or potential risks and notify the Mechanical Supervisor.
- Give work instructions to execute Mechanical upgrade projects on DIP, PM2, PM3 and PM4, to improve the process and daily operation while reducing contracting cost.
- Administer vacations and over time of shift technicians to fulfill the vacation plan and reduce overtimes as much as possible.
- Prepare the daily shift reports, that highlights; machine break downs, equipment failure, Boilers, Compressors, instruments misreading, and notify the Mechanical supervisor accordingly.
- Assists the Mechanical supervisor in doing the competency appraisal, promotions and related Benefits for Mechanical technicians.
- Train new and existing Mechanical technicians on the main Mechanical equipment to facilitate their integration and develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- Lives in Sadat City to be able to handle possible mechanical shut down at the night shift.
- Has 3-5 years experience in the industrial field.
