• Arrange site visits for clients to showcase properties.
• Provide accurate descriptions of properties, including location, amenities, and market value.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients and property developers or owners.
• Assist clients in selecting properties that suit their needs and budgets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitors.
