RESPONSIBILITIES
- Off-site SEO strategy development
- SEO program performance monitoring
- Team management and training
- Researching new SEO tactics & turning findings into repeatable processes/tasks that drive results.

Job Requirements
It is not enough for an organization to just have a website. It must be easily found by the right audiences. This is where our SEO Team steps in. We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager that knows how search engines work and how to deliver traffic to our client's websites.
EXPERIENCE
We're looking for someone that is experienced at leading, managing, and encouraging a multi-disciplined team of SEO specialists on a daily basis. Our SEO Manager must be up-to-date with recent search engine changes and passionate about self-education and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry blogs and trends. There needs to be a focus on sharing insights with the team and collaborating to ensure our clients are protected against algorithm changes and practicing the latest SEO techniques.
You must be excited about the trial and error process and eager to test new practices (from your learnings), turning successful experiments into replicable processes and tasks we can perform for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for link building (as this is the area we’re looking to grow), who will take ownership over our link building initiatives and manage our team of link builders to create white hat backlinks for our clients. You must be able to troubleshoot and dig into the ‘why’ when rankings have dropped or something isn’t working.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5+ years of experience working in the SEO industry
- Flawless English, both written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Experience managing a team remotely
