Job Description
- Travel Agency Services.
- Handling Queries Of Customer Problems over the phone.
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
Working Conditions
- Online Training and Interviews.
- Work from home but not forever.
- Location: 6th of October / Smart Village.
- Rotational working hours ( 9 working hours including 1 hour Break).
- 2 Days off per week.
- Additional Benefits (Social Insurance – Medical Insurance Coverage – Transportation Meeting Points / (Door to Door) for the night and overnight shifts.
- Professional training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Graduates only are welcomed to apply.
- Level of Italian Language: B2/C1 is a must.
- Good command of English Language is preferred.
- Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
- Males & Females Can Apply.
- Foreigners are welcome to apply.
- Military Status: Completed or Exempted for Males
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Previous experience in a customer service or Travel agency environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately.
