Job Description
- Oversee and administer assessments to candidates; monitor them during testing.
- Assist in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessment /testing operations; monitor assessment functions for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organize, schedule, administer, and monitor the testing of extension programs, including alternatives and accommodations, for various academic departments.
- Coordinate assessment publicity with other departments; schedule the use of testing facilities and other classrooms; prepare script for test administrators; prepare and organize assessment/test materials.
- Record/retrieve data to be used in evaluation of assessment/testing program; compile date for statistical analysis.
- Work will be in Quisna and Abbasya.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or business administration or any relevant bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of Assessment Center Methods, types, tools, needs and expectations, recruiting and staffing methods, and employment trends.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Very good in spoken and written English.
- Very good in Microsoft office programs.
