Job Description
- Own the Marketing strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of the demand and lead generation activities of free and paid channels including SEO/SEM, direct mail, Social media, Third Party email, events etc.
- Develop detailed campaign project plans, create briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
- Driving customer registrations, customer spend (Share-of-Wallet) and high-quality sales leads
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Drive brand awareness across all Categories and work closely with PR.
- Own top-level business goals and drive the marketing team to meet its go-to-market objectives
- Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of Marketing with solid experience in managing digital marketing
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience working in online Marketing fore-commerce & fast paced environment similar to a high tech-ops start-up with responsibility for leading influencing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking\
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
