Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and man power planning
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Hold accountability for talent acquisition team.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Provide training to talent acquisition team.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Job Requirements
- Real estate background preferred
- Good English Language: Spoken and written
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Team management Skills
- Good internet skills (for sourcing websites)
- Team player.
