Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and man power planning
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Hold accountability for talent acquisition team.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Provide training to talent acquisition team.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Job Requirements

  • Real estate background preferred
  • Good English Language: Spoken and written
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Team management Skills
  • Good internet skills (for sourcing websites) 
  • Team player.
  • Pleasant personality, yet professional.
