About the Job:

  • We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as customer service Representatives.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Our Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
  • Candidates should have an outgoing, positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment

Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform customer verification.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Ability to listen to and empathize with customers and acknowledge their concerns.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Record details of actions taken.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify customers of complain investigation results and any planned adjustments / actions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Experience in the field of Sanitary Ware is a definite plus
  • Own a car (MUST)
  • Experience in Construction companies is A HUGE ADVANTAGE
  • Relevant bachelor degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
  • Very good use of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating pleasant customer experiences.
  • Very good Sales skills.
  • Ability to stay professional and focused
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
