Job Description:

  • Create financial control reports using MS Access and SQL )queries and forms(
  • Review the daily reconciliation progress overall Fawry systems.
  • Cover finance team requirements regarding a new project or workflow by aligning with operation and technology teams and design required reports or modifying existing ones to align with Fawry projects.
  • Maintaining the revenue and cost rates by reviewing calculated vs contractual vs booked rates
  • Monitor the day-to-day onboarding projects including but not limited, new agreements/contracts, process creation, and automation projects.
  • The design required reports or modifying existing ones to align with new Fawry projects.
  • Ensure the project is delivered to scope defined SLA and ensure any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process, communicates to all Fawry concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Proactively follows Fawry escalation and change control process, Make sure that we have updated strong contract DB.
  • Responsible for follow-up and approval of the Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions generated from deviations regarding the pricing configuration.
  • Manage, develop and evaluate the reporting team and take the necessary action to ensure proper workflow.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure setup for new reports and potential integration is accurate and consistent.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of the English language is a must.
  • 6 years experience in the field at least
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, projects, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of BO, SQL Developer, or another equivalent report writer.
  • Professional experience developing SQL Server database objects.
  • Create and write SQL code for reporting database based on internal report specifications.
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Leadership, problem-solving and strategic thinking, and analytical thinking skills are a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Capability to work on the weekend.
