Job Description
- Carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, research, prototyping, engineering documentation, estimating and process improvement.
- Performs Mechanical designs for low voltage panels /medium Voltage of sheet using Solid works as assigned according to delivery time, prepare drawings/create Bill Of Materials with respect to client demands and ensure quality compliance.
- Generates the manufacturing drawing according to the IEC standard.
- Generates ideas for automation, product transmission and etc.
- Ensures high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Develop structural designs for products with the use of CAD (AutoCAD -SolidWorks ) and other drafting software programs.
- Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
- Assist in researching and assessing project requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement Mechanical systems/structures.
- Develop manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material.
- Design Electro-Mechanical components and follow up on implementation.
- Assist in selecting the components required to execute the design.
- Communicate with the Mechanical team leader to update the work daily status
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-6 years’ experience in mechanical design.
- In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks 3D/CAD software or similar tool.
- Good knowledge about CNC modern machines.
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively.
