Job Description
- Providing day-to-day and personal support for the CEO and his family
- Manage purchases Orders and coordinate payments.
- Dealing with maintenance and repairs personnel and coordinating payments.
- Communicating and coordinating with different external parities such as advertising agencies.
- Making reservations and scheduling appointments (such as office meetings, doctors' appointments)
- Take action points and write minutes during meetings
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Manage and review the filing and office systems.
- Providing personal secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence and manage filing.
- Communicating with CEO and family to make travel arrangements and organizing events/engagements.
- Assist in human resources tasks (such as employment, filling, attendance, etc.)
- Any other tasks that may be assigned regarding work needs.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Alexandria residents only.
- Proven work experience as an executive secretary (5+ years)
- Bachelor degree as commerce, business administration or any related field.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent in computer and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Active, energetic and self-motivated person.
