Job Description

  • Providing day-to-day and personal support for the CEO and his family
  • Manage purchases Orders and coordinate payments.
  • Dealing with maintenance and repairs personnel and coordinating payments.
  • Communicating and coordinating with different external parities such as advertising agencies.
  • Making reservations and scheduling appointments (such as office meetings, doctors' appointments)
  • Take action points and write minutes during meetings
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and review the filing and office systems.
  • Providing personal secretarial and administrative support to CEO
  • Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence and manage filing.
  • Communicating with CEO and family to make travel arrangements and organizing events/engagements.
  • Assist in human resources tasks (such as employment, filling, attendance, etc.)
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned regarding work needs.

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Alexandria residents only.
  • Proven work experience as an executive secretary (5+ years)
  • Bachelor degree as commerce, business administration or any related field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent in computer and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Honesty and confidentiality
  • Active, energetic and self-motivated person.
