Role Summary:


Responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of all member services including employment cards, visas and NOCs involving government departments.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinates with the local immigration department regarding the visa applications and paperwork.
  • Supervises the visa applications process and other related services supported by the Public Relations Officers.
  • Processes all required documents in Arabic related with visa requirements in collaboration with immigration offices, in compliance with the laws and regulations
  • Authenticates the clients’ letter requests addressed to all Government departments
  • Reviews all E-form applications before being sent to the immigration department
  • Presents issues and opportunities to the Senior Manager – Government Services and members of the Public Relations team for consideration and action
  • Liaises with the relevant government departments, displaying comfort, confidence, and persuasion when representing DMCC and its clients to government departments
  • Updates the oracle system with the visa application status.  
  • Obtains updates on labour/Immigrations applications and monitors the progress to meet business deadlines. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory position in public relations, Must have contacts within government departments and proven experience working with them
  • Ability to solve practical problems and issues promptly
  • Ability to organize tasks and perform work efficiently
  • Ability to plan and coordinate several activities
  • Proven ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Knowledge of Applicable Laws, Government Rules & Regulations and Procedures
