Job Description
- The HR Generalist will be involved in all aspects of the department’s HR operations with focus on recruitment, new hire on-boarding, attendance system, employee engagement and campaigns, staff development and overall HR office administration.
- The HR Generalist will work independently and will need to exercise discretion, tact, and professionalism.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for a bright, motivated individual to join our HR team.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in Human Resources.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Previous experience in HR Systems is a plus.

Work Conditions:
- 70% of the job holder’s duties will be assigned to recruitment and 30% to other HR functions.
- 3D|Diagnostix working week is from Monday to Friday in line with US work week.
