Job Description
- Issue and distribution quality assurance policies and procedures for EGMED
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Responsible for internal audits and other quality assurance activities at head office, warehouse, EGMED factory and branches
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues related to his responsible area
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions with the concerned area
- Update risk management activities with other area
- Responsible for document management systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Check EU site for check any updated of standard and new regulation
- Prepare CE requirements for new project and Europe reprehensionve for EGMED factory
- Updated ISO 9001-2015 document for head office , EGMED factory and Warehouses
- Update ISO 45000 and ISO 14001 document for head office, EGMED factory and Warehouses
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in the same industry/Lines.
- Possess knowledge and experience in GMP and ISO concepts and practices
- Hold a Certified Training Programs in ISO
