Job Description
Lead on-ground marketing team activities and organize day-to-day workload.
- Coordinate & Execute Brand campaigns internally and externally for clients.
- Execute annual marketing plans to achieve set business goals.
- Coordinate as well as organize cross-functional marketing and advertising activities
- Work with external agencies to deliver digital production and media buying for internal and external clients
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Analyze sales data, campaign parameters and implement learning in the future for the team.
- Generate sales and marketing reports as per campaign.
- Assist the creative team in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Focus on Customer Relationship Management to drive business objectives with the help of CRM.
- Handle all on-ground or unpaid media channels in Egypt such as PR and events for driving brand equity and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
Degree in marketing/advertising or equivalent from a reputable university
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role (Agency experience is preferred)
- Strong offline communications experience with a strong understanding of the digital space and social media.
- Rich experience in BTL media strategy, planning, and execution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing methods & strategies, experience planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing and digital advertising programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Should be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels internally and externally.
- Good multi-tasker with an eye for detail
