Job Description
- Working With departments to identify training needs and preparing TNA.
- Coordinating external & internal training as the need arises.
- Delivering, developing &tracking the capability framework program.
- Coordinate delivering HR training sessions.
- Coordinate online training courses for targeted trainees.
- Suggest alternative cost-effective training courses.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- +5 years of experience.
- Certified TOT. (is a must).
- Excellent command of English skills.
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Ready to conduct E-learning training.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Ability to work long hours and withstand the pressures of work.
