Job Description
The candidates will perform the following tasks:
- Define project deliverables and monitor status of tasks.
- Draft action plans and lead meetings with departments’ executives to review project status and proposed changes.
- Deliver status reports for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Liaise with relevant third parties to procure the necessary agreements for projects
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to draft projects schedule and plans.
- Monitor costs, timelines and resources used to achieve goals.
- Monitor teams’ progress and enforce deadlines
- Serve as the single point of contact for project scheduling and changes.
- Audit work plans per offered recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with departments heads to address issues and implementation of new methods to achieve targets.
- Providing input to risk management plans and risk analysis, overall responsibility for cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, and engineering.
- Coordination of installation schedules.
- Management of staffing to ensure on time completion.
- Create project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs.
- Preparation of invoices.
- Serve as point-of-contact for customers, consultants, clients, …. etc during each project.
- Interact with the customers, consultants, subcontractors, and third party entities.

- Minimum 15 years experience in Airconditioning and Fire Fighting
- Experience in huge projects
- BSC degree in Power Electrical Engineering
- Computer skills
- English Language
- Communications skills
- Reporting to the PM Director
