Job Description
- Will serve as an integral part of our software product sales team to provide expert advice throughout the sales process.
- Provide post-sales duties to ensure the adoption of the product and acquire potential sales.
- Provides L1 support to product-related issues.
- Proposes solutions including their technical details that accurately address customer needs.
- Provides product knowledge support and training to customers.
- Creates practical demonstrations and presentations to customers and technical documents such as POCs.
- Services as an account manager for customers during the post-sales and ensures systems are fully functional and restored in a timely manner.
- Logs incidents and escalated them to the appropriate engineers and their resolution.
- Assists the marketing team with the regular technical notes and updates to our products to be included within the monthly newspaper.
- Supports lead-generation activity through regular steps such as “proposals, working on tenders, etc…”
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Help building and maintaining Pre-Sales processes, and documentations.
- Work closely with the marketing dept. to identify and research new market verticals and opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Must be from Alexandria, or willing to move to Alexandria.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must have previous experience in Pre-sales in IT and software development 3 to 5 years
- Professional-level communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication to the technical level of the audience.
- Must have knowledge in Agile and Project Management.
