Responsibilities:
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
- Equip clients' brief with an interactive strategic digital marketing plan.
- Responsible for designing and executing integrated digital media campaigns on all digital platforms.
- Plan & execute digital marketing strategies that aim at producing a positive ROI for the company. It includes handling everything from competitor research, audience selection, to lead generation to customer value optimization as well as conversion rate optimization.
- Build strategies for account expansion on spending and performance.
- Own all steps of the ad operations process.
- Text and display creative creation, split testing, and optimization.
- Assist with performance reporting and post-campaign insight reports.
- Source level CPA optimizations to hit product LTV and ROI targets.
- Monitor AD and landing page performance via Google Analytics.
- Proactively optimize purchased social media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.
- Execute the digital plan across all social media & digital platforms
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)/( Cost/lead)
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime.
- Manage the budget. As the name implies, a digital media buyer is often the one in charge of physically taking care of the money transfer and bidding process.
- As the ad is running, the digital media buyer will be expected to make recommendations for any changes that should be made to the campaign to optimize its conversion ratios.
- You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.
- Plan and assist in building all paid digital advertising campaigns to meet goals and manage pacing/budgets.
- Prepare for tracking and monitoring online and offline goals and conversions.
- Seek updates and remain current on all ad platform rules, regulations and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Media or any related field
- 4+ years of proven experience as a media buyer.
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Attention to detail
- Good numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
