- Manage routine daily claims administration work.
- Coordinate workflow & meet deadlines.
- Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility.
- A decision on high cost and complicated cases.
- Attending e-mails from insurance companies or clients.
- Coordinating with international providers for direct billing.
- Increasing efficiency, minimizing errors, and administration time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery /Physician
- Working on Rotational Shifts (Day - night )
- Very good command of English.
- The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with the claims department and other departments having regard for the strict need for confidentiality.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) e-mail, electronic calendar, and the Internet.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users
