Job Description
- Use our in-house Q-SH management system and other electronic based systems to Follow up on HSE activity schedules,
- Update and input records for medicals, insurance claims, drug and alcohol testing, incidents, accidents, training, HSE management review, etc.,
- Ensure the facility is audit ready for external regulatory audits, client audits and internal audits,
- Assist with managing and upgrading a system of document control, preparing, and reviewing Quality Assurance and H&S documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as administrative assistant (required);
- Previous quality, health & safety experience / background (would be desirable but not essential);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. (Required)
- Excellent mastery of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). (Required)
- Professional, resourceful, autonomous and discreet;
- Possess an excellent team spirit and be customer oriented;
- Know how to adapt quickly to changes;
- Ability to manage several files at the same time and priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with all individuals;
