Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Establish New contracts with customers in Modern Trade
- Dealing and operate new contracts with all key account chains (carrefour,hayper1, Spinneys,kazyoun,Seodi,awlad ragab,Beim,Lolo market)
- Create a sales operation process and plans.
- Improve company management and strategies
- Achieve annual sales plan
- Follow up branch operation ( merchandiser, stocks,expiry date, Competitor situation)
- Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
- Review sales report
- Follow up on subordinates target, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating,team members.
- Monitor and maintain branch inventory, ordering stock.
- Send monthly forecast report
