Job Description
- Handle customer’s inquiries and resolve the customer’s problems ensuring their satisfaction while working on the AWS platform
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide the best solutions to our customers
- Monitor customer accounts and its performance.
- Monitor customer usage and consumption of resources.
- Document solutions to occurring issues
- Strictly adhere to the SLAs regarding support and communication
- Keep up to date with AWS New services and solutions.
- Work with the team on the AWS competency program.
- Assist the PS team in the implementation process.
Job Requirements
- BSc in computer science or engineering or another related field.
- Experience in AWS services for 1+ years
- Experience in support for 1+ years.
- Experience in developing software codes especially in Python.
- Strong Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills.
- Knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
- AWS certification is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in order to achieve the team objectives.
