Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors at the reception area, take a message for the reason of visiting, escorting visitors courteously to the seating area at the reception or the dedicated meeting room.
- Reflect excellent company image.
- Run day-to-day operations.
- Assist the Recruitment team in scheduling phone interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist the Recruitment team in testing candidate´s English & IQ level and communicate back the results.
- Welcome new hires with a smile on their first day and make sure they have everything needed to start their new role.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedule meetings.
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, ensuring all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms) are in place.
- Organizing travel arrangements.
- Monitor stationary levels of consumption and order office supplies.
- Arrange transportation process (Company cars, Uber, Careem).
Working Conditions:
- Fixed hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Weekend: Friday & Saturday.
- Work Location: Nasr City
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Highly organized, detailed oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
