Job Description
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned business partner accounts.
- Technical experience in Networking, Cloud, Wi-Fi and Communication.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Focus on sales goals achievement.
- Build Business Plans and Action Plans related to Main Customers and Opportunities.
- Be accountable on forecasting.
- Build Joined Initiatives with Business Partners.
- Be capable to involve Top Management to improve the level of relationship of Customers.
- Bring to the Business partner and/or Customer the right resources that the company provides to increase Customer Satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- From 5 to 10 years’ experience in ICT Sales preferably in Egypt.
- Good knowledge and Egyptian Market understanding.
- Strong networking with end customers and other Partners/service providers.
- Knowledge of Indirect Sales model & IT/Enterprise market.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude with strong focus on delivering forecasted revenue.
- Total fluency in English and Arabic.
