Job Description
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Reaching out to new customers, demonstrating, presenting & outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
- Maintaining & building up a relationship with all potential and existing clients.
- Participating in bidding & agreement processes.
- Generate sales according to the monthly and annual targets.
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
- Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
Job Requirements
- A University degree in the management field.
- 5 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Good MS Office.
- Fluent command of the English language.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
