Job Description
- Prepare financial records & reports for variety of real estate transactions, which includes property sales, rentals, leases & time sharing.
- Reports may include items such as development expenses, operational costs & profits.
- Handle all accounts payable & receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice & expense report is accurate.
- Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices & assist in monthly closings.
- Facilitates all incoming payments & outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures, and distributing checks as necessary.
- Follow up with vendors for collections & to make sure that bills are paid on time.
Job Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience in General accounting, Payable & Receivable “Preferred in Real Estate Development”.
- Cairo Residents.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
