Present, promote and sell DFA services using the flower of service to prospective Clients
Complete the needed number of students for the uncompleted groups/ level
Record the clients’ information on the DFA portal
Coordinate the online placement test and send the test results to the Quality coach
Answer to incoming calls from DFA Hotline and provide the information that clients need or convert the call to the concerned person and update the last activities on the portal
Make sure of receiving the course fees from the clients
Responsible for petty cash, if needed
Call the clients to inform them of any updates confirmation, cancellation, dates or time postponing…etc.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Meet team sales target
Open or close the institute based on a schedule

Knowledge

Experience

Proven experience in Customer Service from 6Months to 3 years.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Proficient in MS Office
