Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Recording visitors' concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
- Coordinate all the processes of reserving a meeting room in the Head Office.
Job Requirements
- Suitable University degree
- Females only
- 1 : 3 years of experience as a receptionist
- Extensive experience in dealing with customers
- Fluent English
- Presentable
- Excellent computer skills
