Job Description
- Drive execution of programs
- Own, manage, deliver, track, and report on strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with different stakeholders and communicate effectively so all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success and mechanisms to detect issues before they become risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop process and project plans.
- Collaborate with various internal teams that support the program manager teams and key strategic channel partners.
- Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Analytical Skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience leading programs in world class, complex operations spread across geographies.
- 1+ years of project management and process optimization within a creative and operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience operating in a large multi-cultural, cross functional team
- Proficient in Arabic (reading/writing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree in relevant area from a world class institution
- Relevant experience in Operations or Sales & Distribution or Program Management
- Experience of owning programs in a matrix organisation
- Excel and SQL-based data extraction experience
