Our Client is an online money transfer business that provides international money transfer services in more than 50 countries. As a Financial Advisor, you will be the first point of contact of customers to directly attend to their inquires.
Tasks
- Provide support on customers banking related queries primarily about money transfers.
- Performing other tasks related to the banking activity according to the needs of the project.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures.
- Proactive in assessing the financial needs of the customers.
- Providing straightforward information or dealing with complex inquiries.
- Using computerized systems to access customer information.
We are looking for a fluent French Financial Advisor in a banking account.
- Rotational Shifts 24/7 and Rotational Days off
- 8 working hours + 1-hour break
- Location: 5th Settlement, no transportation provided
- Transportation isn’t provided
Job Requirements
- Fluent French
- Fluent English (Verbally and written)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
