Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • The Social Media team leader collaborates with other departments within the company to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.
  • They are responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media communications, including advertisements. They use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop the company’s overall social media presence
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job Requirements

  • Experience Needed: +5 years
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent English in writing and reading
  • Excellent Experience in media buying
  • Grear achievements in all social media platforms ( Facebook - Instagram - Telegram - Linked in - Twitter )
  • Aware of creating amazing content calendar & script writing
  • Target oriented and able to generate big number of leads
  • Previous experience with online products is a must
  • Previous experience in Gulf area is preferable
