Science Supervisor

Book Preparation 

• Developing a work plan for preparing and developing the book with the head of the department
• Distributing the tasks of preparing educational content to the team work.
• Supervising the implementation of the established work plan and adhering to the deadlines of deliveries
• Supervising the preparation of an evaluation report for the book by collecting the book’s evaluations from the subject’s teachers and their comments, the marketing research report from the Marketing Department, and comparing the qualitative and numerical content of the book with the competing books and reviewing it.
• Holding workshops with the technical, marketing and sales department to discuss the new book development plan
• Supervising the process of preparing a working paper for developing a book, based on the workshop
• Supervising the preparation of the experimental model and presenting it in the final workshop
• Holding a meeting with the author to agree with him on the amendments required to develop the book
• Receive the book from the author and work on preparing and developing the content
• Supervising the preparation of a report regarding the description of the images

Digital Book preparation

• Work with the Digital Publishing Department on setting up the Blue Print and Story Board
• Receiving the Story Board from the Digital Publishing Department, reviewing it as scientific material, and resending it to the Digital Publishing Department
• Receiving, review and approval of LO educational component from the Digital Publishing Administration.
