Deal directly with suppliers, and execute purchasing strategies
Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
Examine and test the raw materials and supplies supplied to the location according to the acceptance criteria.
Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
Keep financial and non-financial records, manage cash movement and bookkeeping
Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
Supervise all staff and external contractors
Coordinate the use of automated and digital systems where necessary
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness

Min 2 years of experience.
An Engineering degree is a plus - preferable Chemical or Petroleum or Mechanical.
Excellent technical and computer skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets - Proficiency in excel is a must
Very good numerical skills
